From an idea to solve a problem to a platform that grows with you
The idea: solving a real problem
Tabbaqa started as an idea in 2024 from a recurring problem: business teams struggled to track deliverables and requests across scattered tools with no clear stages. We decided to build a platform where the «work item» and its stages would be the core structure—from client request to delivery.
Design and build
We focused on designing and building the platform: work items, stages, linking projects and clients, tasks, and time tracking. We launched a first version and began testing with small teams to improve the experience and Arabic interface.
Where we are today
Today Tabbaqa is a live platform growing with its customers. We keep adding features, improving performance, and listening to teams' needs. Our journey is still in its early stages—and we aim to be the go-to choice for business management in the region.
